This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use AirCloud and related web/mobile services (the “Service”). We comply with applicable laws including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, as well as relevant international data protection regulations.

We collect personal information in the following circumstances:

 

1.1 Account Registration & Service Use

 

  • Required: Name, email/ID, mobile phone number, address

  • Optional: Profile photo, company name, job title

  • Automatically collected: IP address, cookies, device information, access logs, billing records

 

1.2 Payment & Settlement

 

  • Payment details: credit card information, bank account information

  • Tax-related: resident registration number or business registration number (where legally required)

 

1.3 Customer Support

 

  • Name, contact information, email, inquiry details

 

1.4 Partnership & Investor Relations

 

  • Company name, name, position, email, phone, proposal content

 

1.5 Service Usage Logs

 

  • Access records, usage history, fraud/misuse records

 

We collect information via our website, mobile app, written forms, phone, email, event participation, and partnership proposals.

 

 

2. Purpose of Collection & Use

 

Personal information is used for:

 

  • User authentication, service provision, contract performance, and billing

  • Membership management (notices, complaints, service improvement)

  • Providing personalized services and developing new features

  • Tax invoice issuance and compliance with legal obligations

We require processors to apply appropriate safeguards and conduct regular compliance checks.

 

 

5. Retention & Deletion of Data

 

We retain and delete data as follows:

 

  • Contract & cancellation records: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)

  • Payment & supply records: 5 years (Electronic Financial Transactions Act)

  • Consumer complaints/disputes: 3 years (E-Commerce Act)

  • Access logs: 3 months (Communications Privacy Protection Act)

  • Tax/accounting records: 5–10 years (Tax laws)

  • Fraud/misuse records: 5 years (Company policy)

 

Destruction methods: paper records are shredded/incinerated; electronic files are deleted irreversibly.

 

 

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

 

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide the Service and analyze how it is used. A cookie is a small text file that a website server sends to your browser and stores on your device.

  • Login persistence, user authentication, and service security

  • Analysis of service usage patterns and improvement of user experience

*Behavioral Analytics Tool — Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft"), to analyze how users interact with the Service. Microsoft Clarity visually analyzes user interactions through features such as session replay, heatmaps, and pattern detection. In the course of this analysis, cookies for analytics and advertising measurement purposes may be installed on your device.

 

  • Information Collected: Pseudonymized session identifier, behavioral data including clicks, scrolls, and mouse movements, time on page, heatmap data, visited page URLs and referrer information, browser and device information, operating system, screen resolution, and truncated IP address.

  • Sensitive Data: Sensitive input fields such as passwords and payment information are automatically masked and are not collected.

  • Retention Period: Retained for up to thirteen (13) months in accordance with the Microsoft Clarity Terms of Use.

*International Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data collected through Microsoft Clarity is automatically transferred to Microsoft Corporation (https://privacy.microsoft.com) upon use of the Service and stored on servers located in the United States and other countries where Microsoft or its sub-processors operate. The data transferred is identical to the information described under "Information Collected" above, and is retained for up to thirteen (13) months for the purposes of analyzing service usage and improving the Service.

 

*How to Refuse Cookies

You may allow or refuse cookies through your web browser settings. Please note that refusing cookies may restrict access to certain features of the Service, such as staying logged in.

 

 

7. User Rights

 

Users may:

 

  • Request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of personal data

  • Withdraw consent or request account deletion

  • For minors, rights may be exercised by a legal guardian

 

Requests can be made via customer support, email, or in writing. We will respond promptly.

 

 

8. User Responsibilities

 

Users must:
